This is a 5 phase program that includes the following:
A One Hour Discovery Session where we will map out

- Your event positioning. What’s in it for the attendee? Who is this for? Why would they want to come?
After your discovery session our team will take your information and objectives and build your custom event strategy road map. This will include:
- All of the online and offline activities that you need to be implementing to achieve your goals
- A custom look at your current event filling opportunities
- Partnership opportunities and objectives
- Marketing content pieces that are required
- Content development plan
After you receive your Event Strategy Road Map, you will get another one hour consult call. This will cover:
- How to implement your road map
- Marketing delivery tools, metrics and systems
- Follow up strategy development
